After reading this you will
change the booker's name, phone, party size or requests yourself so they match the person collecting the table — before check-in.
Editable in “Awaiting deposit”, “Under review” and “Confirmed” · not after check-in
Steps
- Open the booking link, scroll to “Edit name, phone, party size or requests” (under the save-image / change-table buttons) and tap to open it→ The “Booker details” form appears
- Edit “Booker's name” (the full name on the ID of the person coming) or “Phone”→ If the number is not valid yet, “Thai mobile number, 10 digits starting 06/08/09” appears under the field and “Save” stays disabled
- Edit “People (1–20)” or “Requests / special occasion” when the party changes or you want to tell the venue more
The party field may stay empty (older bookings that never set it show “—”) · requests are limited to 200 characters; clear the field to remove the text · the party size does not force a table change — if more people are coming than the table seats, look at the non-faded tables on the Change table page
→ The venue sees the latest values on its “Tonight” screen and at check-in - Tap→ “Saved” appears and the booking card shows the new name
Changed the number? Remember the new one
“Find my booking” uses the number on the latest booking card — after a change, search with the new number
If you see this message
