know how to join the waitlist when your night is full, and what the system does (and does not do) for you.
When the next bookable night has no green table left, the venue page shows a “Full tonight — join the waitlist” box under that night's card · amber “pending payment” tables still count as taken (they may free up if that person never pays)
Steps
- Enter your “Name”, “Phone”, choose “How many people” and tap “Join the waitlist”
One entry per number per night — a second submission shows “This number is already on tonight's waitlist — name and party size updated” · a number that already holds a booking that night, or is blocked by the venue, cannot join · more than 5 attempts in 10 minutes from one device are throttled
→ “You're on the list. The venue will contact you if a table frees up (the list closes at the booking cutoff, …)” - (Venues with the LINE service) tap “Tell me on LINE when a table frees up” under the confirmation
When a table frees up the system sends “A table is free — … : n free. Book before the cutoff …” with the booking link once, to everyone linked, at the same time — you still book yourself, first come first served (Get updates on LINE) · no button = the venue has no LINE service and will call instead
→ Sign in with LINE, come back to the venue page: “LINE linked — we'll message you when a table frees up”, and a “You're on the waitlist at …” message in the chat - Wait for the venue to call, or check the venue page again later
Nothing is reserved for you. Joining tells the venue you are interested; they call back when a table frees up, but whoever books first gets it · the entry expires by itself at the night's online booking cutoff
→ If a table frees up, the “Book a table” button works again — book as usual
