Pre-ordering with a table booking

Before you start The venue has switched on pre-orders — the booking form then has a folded section “Pre-order (optional)” under “Note”. A venue that has not switched it on shows no such section.

Steps

1. Book a table as usual ([Choose the date and table](/help/customer/choose-night-and-table/en)), then tap “Pre-order (optional)” in the booker form

   • An item with options (mixer, size) has Choose options — pick them and tap “Add ฿…” · you can add several lines with different options
   • A counted item says “n left” and will not go past that (“At most n can be pre-ordered”) · at most 20 per line, 20 lines
   • What you chose is listed under “Chosen” with “Remove” · the folded heading shows the total “n items · ฿…”

   → The items you may pre-order appear by category with a price and − / + buttons
2. Read the line under the list, then tap “Review”

   • Transfer = the pre-order in full · when the pre-order is equal to or above the deposit, the venue waives the deposit (“the ฿200 deposit is waived — the pre-order covers it”) · when it is below, transfer = pre-order + deposit
   • On a date the venue books for free, a pre-order still has to be transferred and the slip attached within the payment window, like a deposit
   • The last line states the venue's refund rule: “not refunded …” / “refundable until your arrival time” / “refundable until n h before”

   → The review box has a “Pre-order” line and a “Transfer” line
3. Transfer the amount and attach the slip ([Pay the deposit](/help/customer/pay-deposit/en))

   • The LINE message (if linked) confirms the booking with a line “Pre-order: Set A ×1 (฿2,500) — on your bill by itself when you arrive”, repeated in the reminder on the day

   → The booking card shows “Pre-order: … · ฿…” and “Transfer · Paid ฿…”
4. Arrive, check in, order more as usual

   • You only pay extra for what you order at the venue · pre-ordered lines keep the price you paid — no promotion or new price changes them
   • Not arriving in time and having the table released = the transfer is kept (like a deposit)

   → When the venue opens your table's bill the pre-ordered lines are already on it, and what you transferred is taken off the bill in full

Changed your mind

• Where the venue allows refunds, the booking card has a link “Request a pre-order refund (…)” — tap and confirm → “Refund requested at …”. The venue transfers back the pre-order only and cancels the booking with a note (any deposit part is kept)
• Past the venue's deadline the link is gone — contact the venue directly
• Pre-ordered lines cannot be edited after booking — cancel under the refund rule and book again, or order more at the venue
