move to another free table on the same night yourself — the booking, code and QR stay valid.
You can move yourself while the night's booking cutoff has not passed (default 19:30) and the status is “Awaiting deposit” or “Confirmed” · changing the night is not self-service — contact the venue
Steps
- Open the booking link and tap under “Save booking card image” (the button says “until …”)
The button shows only while a move is still possible — no button means the cutoff has passed or the status doesn't allow it · the page has a “← Back to booking” link at the top left
→ The “Change table” page opens with the floor plan; your current table is blue - Tap the green table you want (or pick from the list below)→ The bottom button changes from “Choose a green table to move to” to “Move to table …”
- Tap→ Back on the booking card with the new table; the deposit and QR stay as they were
If you see this message
