Buying event tickets

A venue running a special event (a concert, a DJ night, a countdown) may sell admission tickets separately from table bookings — a ticket admits a number of people, has no table, and is paid in full up front · The venue page (/v/venue) shows an “Upcoming events” strip, and each event has its own shareable page

Steps

1. Open the event from “Upcoming events” or from the link the venue shared

   An event that sells both tables and tickets also has a “Book a table” button — a table booking admits as many people as the table seats, no ticket needed · Under the price you see the event's refund terms and the maximum per phone number

   → You see the poster, the name, the date, “Starts …”, the price “… / ticket” and “{n} left” (or “Sold out”)
2. Pick the number of tickets with − +, then enter “Name”, “Phone” and an optional note

   One phone number = one ticket order per event (with several seats on it) — and you can hold a ticket order and a table booking on the same night · The whole group enters together: one check-in per order

   → “Total … ” follows the quantity · the maximum is whatever is smaller: seats left, or the venue's per-phone cap
3. Tap “Check details”, read the summary, then “Confirm and pay” (a free ticket says “Confirm ticket”)

   Slip checking and every message are the same as for a table booking; only the amount is the ticket price × quantity instead of a deposit

   → Your ticket page opens — a paid ticket gives you 10 minutes (the venue can change this) to transfer the full amount and attach the slip, exactly like [paying a deposit](/help/customer/pay-deposit) · a free ticket is ready at once
4. Save a picture of the ticket (“Save booking card”) or add it to your calendar

   At the door, show the QR to be scanned — all n people enter together · The ticket page link is your ticket; do not forward it (a scanned QR cannot be used twice)

   → The page says “You're in! …” with the number of tickets, the start time and a QR

Refunds

• The “Request a refund (…)” button under the ticket appears only while the event's terms allow it: “No refund for a change of mind” = no button · “Refundable until the event starts” · “Refundable until n days before the event”
• After tapping you see “Refund requested at …” — the venue contacts you to transfer the money back (nothing is refunded automatically) and cancels the ticket with a note you see on the ticket page
• An event the venue cancels always refunds in full: every ticket becomes “Cancelled” with a note on how the money comes back (and a LINE message if linked)
• Not turning up = the ticket is “released”, no refund — but it does not count as a no-show that could block your number (unlike a free booking)
