Short answers to common questions. Times and amounts are defaults; each venue sets its own.
The “Book a table” button is missing, or it says booking is closed
- “Online booking is temporarily closed. Please contact the venue directly” — the venue has no payment channel set up, or its plan has expired → contact the venue
- “No nights are open for booking yet. Please follow the venue's announcements” — the venue has not opened any night
- “Online booking for tonight has closed (after 19:30) — walk-ins, please ask at the door” — tonight's cutoff has passed; other nights can still be booked
Will an amber “Pending payment” table free up?
Someone is transferring the deposit. If they don't attach a slip within the venue's time (10 minutes + 30 minutes grace), the table turns green again. The table picker refreshes itself every 10 seconds, and the marker says “May free up in ~N min if unpaid”
I want several tables
One phone number can book one table per night. Have friends book the other tables with their own numbers, or call the venue to book several tables by hand (the venue can take the deposits itself)
I paid but the card says “Payment expired”
Contact the venue with your slip and booking code; staff can book for you by hand and record the amount. Don't tap “Book again” and pay twice
I paid too much or too little
- Too much — fine (confirmed as usual); the extra is in-venue credit for you
- Too little — the card shows “Under review”; transfer the difference and attach the second slip. The venue adds them up when approving
The QR won't scan, or my banking app says it's unsupported
Try the “Transfer to account” tab (if the venue enabled it), or tap “Copy PromptPay ID” and transfer to that PromptPay ID for the amount shown. Still stuck? Contact the venue
I don't have a Thai bank account
Deposits can only be paid from a Thai banking app or PromptPay. Contact the venue (buttons on the venue page and the booking card) to book and pay cash at the door
Lost the booking card / the link
See Lost booking link / can't find the booking — the saved image is enough to check in
I'll be later than the release time
Call the venue before the time. The system never releases a table by itself — staff decide. If it was released, the deposit is not refunded, but if the table is still free staff can book it for you by hand
Someone else is coming, or a different night
- Different person — edit “Booker's name” via the booking link (“Edit name or phone”) until check-in; the name on their ID must match
- Different night — not self-service; ask the venue to cancel and book the new night by hand (agree the deposit with the venue)
My number is blocked
Three abandoned unpaid bookings in a row block the number for an hour automatically (the venue can block for 1 hour to 30 days). The message states the reason and the unblock time. To book before then, contact the venue
Can I get the deposit back?
Deposits are never refunded under the system's rules, but they are fully redeemable in-venue. Refunds are at the venue's discretion (handled outside the system) — contact the venue directly
Opened from LINE and can't save the booking card image
The in-app browsers of LINE/Facebook cannot save files. Press and hold the image and choose “Save Image”, or open this page in Safari/Chrome from the ⋯ menu at the top right
Will I get an SMS or email confirmation?
No. The booking lives only at its link, so tap “Save booking card image” and keep the link
This venue books for free — do I need to do anything?
No transfer, no slip — tapping confirm gives you the card with its QR at once. Just arrive before the release time; if you can't, tap "Not coming? Cancel booking" on the card before then (repeated no-shows without cancelling may get your number blocked for a while) — see Not coming? How to cancel.
