open the venue's receipt / tax invoice from the QR on the slip, download it as a PDF, and know what to do if you need a full tax invoice.
Venues on this system issue a receipt for every bill. The receipt carries a QR that opens the same document on your phone — no sign-in.
- Scan the QR on the receipt (or open the link the venue sent)→ Laid out like a till slip: logo and venue name, address, phone → document title → queue/table/guests, number, date, time → items (qty, name, price, options as sub-lines) → item count, subtotal, VAT → total → paid by (cash and change, PromptPay, refunds) — pick a language with the button at the top
- Tap “Download PDF”→ A PDF named after the document number, ready for expense claims or your records
Queue number (pay-first venues)
At counter-service venues (pay, then wait) the receipt page shows a large Your queue number box at the top with a live status, “Being prepared” → “Ready”, that updates by itself every few seconds (while the venue’s cashier device is offline it reads “Received — waiting for the venue to confirm” until the device is back). In the PDF and when printing, the queue number sits large at the top of the receipt. Some venues also show the same numbers on a screen by the counter. If the venue hands you a numbered pager (a buzzer), the receipt page adds “You have pager no. 7 — it buzzes when your order is ready” under the queue box and the paper/PDF receipt prints “Pager 7” — the pager number is not the queue number, and the line disappears once you return the pager.
Full tax invoice
Ask the staff when paying or before you leave, with your name, tax ID, branch and address. The venue issues a second document referencing the abbreviated one and gives you a new QR/link.
A full tax invoice carries your name, address and tax ID, so its link is longer than an abbreviated one — there is a code after the ?. Copy the whole thing. Cut it at the ? and the page says "Document not found" (scanning the QR on the paper always works, with nothing to copy). Anyone holding the full link can read the document, so pass it on only to people who should see it.
Receipts and tax invoices printed before this change use the old style of link and keep opening as they always did. There is nothing to re-issue.
