see your booking status without the booking link, and know how to get a new link from the venue.
Your booking lives at a secret link that opened after you booked. The system sends no SMS or email. If you closed the browser, do this:
Option 1: open the saved image
If you tapped “Save booking card image”, the picture in your album carries the 6-character booking code (top left) and the check-in QR — that is enough to check in at the door, no link needed
Option 2: find the booking with your phone number + booking code
- Open the venue page and tap “Find my booking”→ The “Find my booking” page opens (the “?” next to the title opens this guide in a new tab)
- Enter “Phone number used to book” and “Booking code (6 characters)”, then tap “Search”
The code field takes exactly 6 characters (letters/digits); you cannot type more · this page is view only — it never shows the booking link and cannot edit (so nobody can guess a number and take over) — under the result it says “View only — to edit or get a new link, contact the venue (quote the booking code)”
→ The button says “Searching…” briefly, then you see the code, status, night, table, name and arrival time
Option 3: ask the venue for a new link
Contact the venue (the contact buttons at the bottom of the venue page) and give your booking code and booker's name. Staff tap “issue a new booking link” and send it to you — the old link stops working immediately · if you linked LINE from the button on the card, the new link is sent to your LINE automatically (Get updates on LINE)
If you see this message
