check in within a minute and get an in-venue credit equal to the deposit you transferred.
You need a booking in “Confirmed” status (opened from the link or the saved image) and the ID card or passport of the person whose name matches the booker.
Steps
- Arrive before the “Arrive by …” time on the booking card
Running late? Call the venue before the time. The system never releases a table by itself — staff decide
→ The table is still yours (default 20:00; the venue sets it) - Open the booking card or the saved image and show the QR together with your ID card or passport
The card says: “Show this QR with your ID card or passport at the door — the name on it must match the booker's name”. The system stores nothing about the ID
→ Staff scan the QR and compare the name on the ID with the booker's name - Staff tap check-in
Staff will tell you your credit — equal to the deposit you transferred (including any overpayment), fully redeemable in-venue
→ The card changes to “Checked in at …. Enjoy your night!”
If something goes wrong
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| The name on the ID doesn't match the booker (someone else is coming) | Edit “Booker's name” via the booking link before you arrive (Edit name or phone) — possible until check-in |
| The card still says “Under review” | Staff approve the slip in their slip queue first, then check you in |
| Link lost, no image | Give the 6-character booking code (from “Find my booking”) or the phone number you booked with; staff can look it up |
| Later than the release time | If the venue already released the table, the card says “The table was released because you did not arrive by …. The deposit is not refundable” — if the table is still free, staff can book it for you by hand |
| The booking is for another night | Staff see “(not tonight!)” and need to confirm specially, depending on the venue's policy |
